How to read this timeline
Each lane represents one legal zone: Goa, Sikkim or Daman. The horizontal position of a marker corresponds to the year of the event on the shared axis running from the 1970s to today. Selecting a marker opens a shared details panel below the lanes with a short summary of that event; the other lanes remain visible so you can compare timing directly. The isolation buttons above the lanes reduce the visual weight of the other zones by dimming them, without removing them from view, so relative timing is never lost.
